Description: As an Assembly Worker, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless assembly of vehicles to the highest standards. Your primary goal will be to achieve 100% assembly with zero returns due to assembly-related issues. You'll work within a dynamic team environment, utilizing both mechanical and electrical assembly techniques to bring our products to life. Collaboration and communication are key as you interact with fellow employees and supervisors to optimize product quality.

Functions: Achieve the target of 100% assembly of vehicles with no returns for assembly-related issues. Maintain daily production standards for manufactured products. Perform mechanical and electrical assembly and wiring tasks as required. Engage in effective communication with colleagues and supervisors to ensure product excellence. Participate in ongoing training to enhance assembly skills. Contribute feedback and insights during departmental meetings. Follow daily work plans, set goals, and manage time

Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in manufacturing methods, techniques, and related equipment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Flexibility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to change. Basic computer literacy, with familiarity with production software preferred. Ability to work harmoniously in a multicultural team environment. Proactive approach with strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
