Customer Service Representative

Hourly: $14.00/hr
Description: As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll be based in Dallas, TX 75247, and will operate during regular business hours from 8 am to 5 pm. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. Proficiency in computer skills is essential for this role, and fluency in multiple languages is a valuable asset. Successful candidates must pass E-Verify.
Functions: Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, or in-person interactions. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner. Provide accurate and helpful information regarding products, services, and policies. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and payment processing. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues.
Requirements: Previous customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in computer use and data entry. Bilingual proficiency is a plus. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Must pass E-Verify. High school diploma or equivalent.
