Location: Terrell, TX
Hourly: $16.00/hr

Description: Fabricate parts according to customer specifications and drawings using vertical and horizontal milling machines and lathes. Calculate dimensions and tolerances, interpret blueprints, and operate precision instruments. Bilingual proficiency is advantageous. This position is Temp to Hire.

Functions: Calculate dimensions and tolerances using mathematical knowledge and instruments. Operate machine tools including lathes, milling machines, etc., to machine parts to specifications. Measure, examine, and test completed units using precision instruments like calipers, micrometers, etc. Set up, adjust, and operate basic and specialized machine tools for precision machining operations. Monitor machine feed and speed during machining process. Study blueprints and engineering information.

Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience setting up and operating milling machines. Ability to read and understand written work-related documents. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and costs. Ability to conduct inspections to evaluate quality or performance. Positive attitude, self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and develop skills. Problem-solving skills, deadline management, and accuracy. High School diploma or GED.
