Description: Fabricate parts according to customer specifications and drawings by programming, setting up, and operating vertical and horizontal milling machines and lathes. Prepare G code programs at the machine base. This position is responsible for ensuring conformance to specifications using precision instruments like CMM, calipers, bore gauges, micrometers, etc. Bilingual proficiency is advantageous.

Functions: Calculate dimensions and tolerances using mathematical knowledge and instruments. Prepare G code programs at the machine base based on part prints. Machine parts to specifications using lathes, milling machines, etc. Measure, examine, and test completed units using precision instruments to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications. Set up, adjust, and operate basic and specialized machine tools for precision machining operations.

Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience programming, setting up, and operating milling machines. Proficiency in G code programming at the machine base. Ability to read and understand written work-related documents. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and costs.
