Location: Frisco, TX
Hourly: $19.00/hr

Description: As a Maintenance Facility Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. You will begin training on the 2nd shift from 3:30 pm to 2 am, then transition to the 1st shift from 5 am to 3:30 pm after approximately 2-4 weeks. Flexibility to work mid-shift hours to cover both 1st and 2nd shifts is essential. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays required as needed.

Functions: Perform routine skilled maintenance for facilities, including electrical, carpentry, painting, and plumbing. Repair machine motors, specifically industrial saws and lumber feeders. Utilize knowledge and experience in the electrical field; certifications are not required. Engage in manual labor in the lumber yard and work outdoors, exposed to various elements and production area noise. Wear steel-toe shoes for safety compliance. Collaborate with the maintenance team to address maintenance issues.

Requirements: Experience in electrical repair and maintenance. Proficiency in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and other maintenance tasks. Experience repairing machine motors, particularly industrial saws and lumber feeders. Ability to perform manual labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Flexibility to work 2nd shift during training and transition to 1st shift afterward. Availability to work mid-shift hours as needed to cover both shifts. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
