Location: Terrell, TX
Hourly: $17.00/hr

Description: Manufacture products to customer specifications and blueprints. Operate overhead cranes and forklift. Utilize measuring equipment and maintain an organized work area. Ensure completion of paperwork and computer entries. Maintain equipment and work areas. Enhance production levels while adhering to deadlines and quality control standards. Maintain a safe work environment following OSHA guidelines.

Functions: Operate shear, drill press, notcher, metal rolling machine, PEM setter, and various manufacturing equipment and hand tools. Exercise independent judgment to optimize raw material utilization. Prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing priorities. Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in math and Lean Manufacturing principles. Communicate effectively and influence others positively. Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to standards.

Requirements: High School diploma or GED. Ability to handle physical demands including standing, sitting, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Experience in Lean Manufacturing is preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
