Description: Seeking an experienced Welder with expertise in structural steel, AWS certification, and crane operation. Must own welding gear and be eager to learn. Requires forklift training and the ability to follow instructions.

Functions: - Executes tasks to maintain production as per company standards. - Learns and applies fabrication techniques for customer-specific products. - Participates in complex welding projects, adhering to strict quality standards. - Reads blueprints to determine operational methods. - Maintains tools and equipment; performs quality welds and corrects discontinuities. - Measures workpieces for accuracy; safely handles materials and operates fabrication tools.

Requirements: 5+ years' experience in welding, especially with heavy structural steel, preferred. Must pass welder and fitting tests, including AWS certification for Flux Core and Hardwire welding. Required to be certified for overhead and jib crane operations. Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and understanding weld symbols. Positive attitude, detail-oriented, self-driven, and eager to learn and grow skills.
